Booking Policy for 90-Minute Mindset Consultation To provide the best experience, please review the following policy before scheduling your session: Booking and Payment Full Payment Required: All consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointment Confirmation: Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your session. Rescheduling Policy Notice Required: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. One-Time Reschedule: Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment without additional fees. Cancellation Policy No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of the service, refunds are not provided. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited session. Late Arrival Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Shortened Sessions: If you arrive after the grace period, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time. Preparation for Your Session Come Prepared: Bring any relevant questions or topics you’d like to address.
